MetaZ Art[Z] 'Journey To Infinity'
At the metaZ Showroom, the third exhibition of metaZ Art[Z] was held, a special exhibition 'Journey To Infinity' by Korea's representative installation artist Choi Jeong-hwa.
Famous for bringing together familiar everyday objects and recreating artworks, the artist breaks down the boundaries between life and art and shows the art world, meaning "life becomes art, and art becomes life."
In this exhibition, he presents the infinite journey of our lives, where the beginning and end are unknown, by weaving small and fragmentary things that have been in our lives from the past to the present. Through artworks such as INFINITY, which is connected from the beginning to the end, 'Muimui' series, which combines old furniture and modern objects, and "Moment of ㄱ," which combines old plows and neon signs, we provide time to rethink the relationship between coexistence and symbiosis that we forgot in the pandemic era.
Artist Choi Jeong-hwa's works will be on exhibition until May 30.
